Entrepreneur, producer, and public figure Elvira Paterson has been honored with the international Martin Luther King Medal of Heart Chaplain award. The ceremony took place during the O Poder da Conexão event in Portugal.
The award was presented by the Civil Diplomat Jethro European Union organization for her participation in humanitarian programs, support of vulnerable groups, and long-term work in charity.

After the ceremony, Elvira Paterson took the stage as a guest speaker. The distinguished guest shared her experiences in entrepreneurship, global programs, and corporate social responsibility.
Elvira detailed practical skills for building an international business. She also shared her approach to building long-term relationships with representatives of the global film industry, collaborating with Hollywood actors and producers.
She touched on managing advertising businesses, international media projects, and film production. Concluding her speech, Elvira Paterson shared her insights on forming strong teams, finding talented professionals, and launching startups in highly competitive environments.
Humanitarian Work with Global Recognition

For many years, the entrepreneur has developed her own social programs within the Paterson Foundation. Currently, Elvira Paterson is finalizing a new international charitable project, NovoFortum, which is in the final stages of preparation for launch. The initiative will bring together representatives from business, culture, charitable organizations, and public institutions to implement long-term humanitarian programs. As noted by the project team, the official presentation is expected this year.

“I never saw charity as a duty or a job. For me, it’s a natural part of life. Some people love to receive more. There are also those who genuinely enjoy the opportunity to give. I probably belong to the latter category. I’ve always wanted to bring more good into the world. To offer more opportunities to those who are struggling. If our projects make even one life easier or bring hope, then everything we do has meaning. This inspires me to keep moving forward and create new initiatives,” says Elvira Paterson.
